Insurance

  I have provided a super bill to clients who have a PPO and choose to see an "out-of-network" (OON) provider, such as myself. In some cases insurance companies are able to reimburse my full standard fee (above) if you've been unable to find an available therapist on your insurance panel. Please contact your insurance to see if these may be possibilities for you. 

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
